From data to action
Monitoring feeds trend analysis and alarms. A slow drift toward a limit becomes a scheduled task; a fast excursion triggers protection. The historian retains data so operators and engineers can compare against baselines and refine life estimates over the machine's operating history.
Design integration
Diagnostics are placed during design so condition can be assessed without disassembly, and so safety and protection functions have the independent sensing they require. The monitoring suite is engineered at design stage against the frozen machine.
