There is no measured data at those conditions, so no model can be validated there today. The plug's behavior is, in the honest sense, un-post-dictable at present.

Why this is a physics gate, not a cost

This gate is about the state of knowledge, not resources. Even with unlimited effort, a regime hundreds of times beyond any device cannot be validated without an experiment that reaches it. Stating the multiple — 166 to 830x — keeps the gate quantitative and refuses to soften it into a hand-wave about future progress.

How it interacts with the other gates
