Resistive Wall Mode

A slow instability that grows when a conducting wall's stabilisation leaks away resistively.

A nearby conducting wall can stabilise some modes, but on the wall's resistive timescale that stabilisation decays, allowing a slow resistive-wall mode to grow. Rotation and feedback control keep it in check.
