Specific offline quantum kernels with published resource estimates — and no real-time claim.
The AI-Native S.M.A.R.T. Generator Master Blueprint — eight layers (L0→L7), one control stack, wired to both machines. Telemetry rises in microseconds; control descends the same path.

What it is
Where quantum computing could help fusion is narrow and offline: specific solver kernels (materials chemistry, certain linear-algebra and optimization sub-problems), not real-time plasma control.
The method
Identify the specific kernels, publish honest qubit-and-depth resource estimates for each, and treat them as an offline L0 capability on the frontier horizon — never a real-time control claim.
Why it matters
Honesty about where quantum does and does not help is itself the capability; the frontier label and published resource estimates keep the claim disciplined. Plugs into L0.
