Predict interventions correctly, not just correlations.

What it is
Most machine learning captures correlation; a controller acts — it intervenes — so it must predict the effect of interventions. That requires a causal model, not a purely predictive one.
The method
Structural causal models and do-calculus over the plant variables, so the twin answers "what happens if I move this actuator," not just "what usually co-occurs."
Why it matters
Acting on correlations is how control systems make confident mistakes; causal models are the rigorous fix. Plugs into L3.
