The Licensing Evidence Package

The analyses, records, and traceability a regulator needs are assembled into one growing, auditable package as the design matures.

What the package is

A licensing case is not a single document but a structured collection: the safety analyses, the material accountancy, the risk assessment, the verification records, and the traceability that links every claim to its source. The evidence package organizes all of this so a reviewer can navigate it and check any part.

What it contains

Kronos motion — design envelope

Built on reproducibility

The package draws on the reproducible analysis record and the runbooks, so any analysis in it can be re-run and confirmed. Reproducibility is what makes the package auditable rather than merely voluminous.

Growing over time

Construction of the Hyperion breeder begins Q2 2027, so the package is assembled from simulation now and grows as the design matures and, later, as operating data arrives. It is a living collection, versioned as it evolves.

Honest about openness

The package states its open reconciliations plainly rather than presenting an unfinished case as complete, which is both more honest and more credible to a regulator.

Framework fit

A byproduct-material framework suits the neutron-and-isotope character of the work, and the package is organized with that regulatory path in mind, supporting the broader safety and licensing effort.
