Can a fusion plant produce hydrogen?
Yes. Firm, low-carbon electricity is ideal for hydrogen production by electrolysis, and MetroVolt's DC-native output matches electrolyzers particularly well (they run on DC). A steady fusion supply avoids the low utilization that makes intermittent-powered electrolysis expensive.
What about industrial heat?
