'Aneutronic' means zero neutrons — a marketing word more than a machine. Kronos is honest: the burner is low-neutron, at 5.44% of power as neutrons — a few percent, small, and not zero.
A few percent is small — and it isn't zero.

- True near-zero needs helium-3 fractions that don't close on this machine

Near-aneutronic operation would require a redesigned machine — a named option, not this design. We say so.
