What was computed
Reduced 2D(v,xi) FP + ICRF alpha-channeling: warm-fill held at 6.25% (T_eff~57keV); RF ~40-110MW IF plug-localised (~3.7GW full-vol=PRECLUDED); alpha-channeling recovers up to 195MW into ions. Self-consistent ONLY with plug localization (f_V = unpinned assumption)
