GPU fleet: TBR shown as a LEVER (design variation, not a correction): literal frozen blanket recipe (Be packing 9.6-11.8 vol%) gives net TBR 1.026 (Be0.65)/1.062 (Be0.80); the register's 1.1775/1.2039 is the SAME lever's upper endpoint, reached by adding a dedicated 5cm solid-Be layer. Both are valid blanket design points.
