About the Role

Location: 100% Remote / 20% Travel to Austin, TX or Los Angeles, CA
Position Type: Full-Time (6-Month Temp-to-Hire)


Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the deployment of technology applications that support fusion reactor operations and commercialization.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and alignment with company objectives.

  • Oversee the development and implementation of project plans, budgets, and timelines.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in technology project management, preferably in the energy or technology sectors.

  • Strong understanding of technology integration, software development, and project lifecycle management.

  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
