About the Role

Location: Remote / 20% Travel to Austin, TX or Los Angeles, CA
Position Type: Full-Time (6-Month Temp-to-Hire)


Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Collaborate with IT, engineering, and business teams to implement solutions that enhance efficiency and performance.

  • Document functional requirements and create detailed specifications for system changes.

  • Provide ongoing support and training to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience as a functional analyst, preferably in the energy or technology sectors.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in process improvement methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
