Location: Remote / 20% Travel to Austin, TX or Los Angeles, CA
Position Type: Full-Time (6-Month Temp-to-Hire)


Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse architecture to support fusion energy simulations and operations.

  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.

  • Optimize data pipelines and ETL processes to handle large-scale data efficiently.

  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in data warehouse engineering, with a focus on large-scale data management.

  • Proficiency in SQL, data warehousing tools, and cloud-based data platforms.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
