Business Analyst

Location: On-Site / 20% Travel to Austin, TX or Los Angeles, CA

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth in the fusion energy sector.

• Collaborate with product managers and sales teams to develop business strategies that align with company goals.

• Analyze business performance data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the energy or technology sectors.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
