Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to drive revenue growth for fusion energy products.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience in the energy or technology sectors preferred.
