Exemplary implementations may: obtain sets of fusion generator operation information; train a machine-learning model with the obtained sets of fusion generator operation information such that the machine-learning model predicts dynamics of plasma in a chosen generator; store the trained machine-learning model; build one or more quantum circuit to model plasma in the chosen generator; and simulate, using information from the stored machine-learning model and the one or more quantum circuit, dynamics of plasma during operation of the chosen generator.
