Systems, methods, and storage media for optimizing structural components in a fusion power plant are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: obtain sets of component information; train a machine-learning model with the obtained sets of component information such that the machine-learning model predicts physical behavior of one or more component in a chosen power plant; store the trained machine-learning model; and identify, using the stored machine-learning model, one or more optimized parameter for the one or more component in a chosen power plant.
