Location: Hybrid / 20% Travel to Austin, TX or Los Angeles, CA
Position Type: Part-Time (6-Month Temp-to-Hire)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver fusion energy products on time and within budget.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against them.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Identify and mitigate project risks, and resolve issues as they arise.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy or tech sectors.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
