About the Role

Government Proposal Writer Responsibilities:

- Communicate with division managers, technical staff, and marketing team to coordinate and produce high-quality SOQs, proposals and presentations from concept to completion
- Layout, format, edit, and finalize proposals and presentations utilizing Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite programs, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Write, develop, format and organize proposal content and templates, including project descriptions, resumes, project lists and related collateral.
- Review content and work with assigned team members to eliminate any items that would be a potential issue to the client.
- Prepare written text and coordinate layout and organization of narrative and graphics incorporated into proposals, manuals and other documents.
- Research prospect to learn current service provider, budgets, and other technical details in support of proposal development.
- Advises managers of potential conflicts within scheduling or information provided in similar documents / process workflows.
- Provide support to internal company departments or business development teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
