A fusion-relevant test flux for qualifying reactor materials and testing chips for single-event effects — the bottleneck for the whole fusion industry.

The burner runs on low-neutron D–³He fuel and converts charged products straight to electricity — no steam island. Built as a fixed-site installation, rail-delivered, sized for defense.
