Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the financial strategy, planning, and risk management of the company.
Oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO based on financial analysis.
Manage investor relations, financial reporting, and capital strategy.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in financial management, preferably within the energy or tech sectors.
Strong leadership and strategic financial planning skills.
Advanced degree in finance or related field preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
