He has a distinguished record of overseeing multi-tiered offices comprised of political, military, economic, technical, and leadership specialists assessing global political patterns and transnational developments, government and industry trends and vulnerabilities, and economic and military reforms.
Brian has also advised and briefed on an ever-changing strategic environment to senior leadership in the White House and other executive branches, as well as US Congress, state/local/tribal offices, foreign partners, academia, and the private sector.
Brian received his Bachelor of Arts - History in 1982 from The University of Georgia. He was also a member of the Phi Alpha Theta Honor Society. In 1996, Brian received his Master of Arts in International Relations and National Security Studies from Georgia State University.
